Both. For a vacant home we bring in everything — furniture, rugs, art, lighting and accessories — then deliver, install and pick it up when the home sells.
For a home you still live in, our Designer Consultation gives you a written, room-by-room plan that works with your own furniture, and we can add rental pieces where a room needs them.
Yes. We schedule around listing photography and showings, coordinate property access with the agent directly, and extend the rental if the listing needs more time.
Once your design plan and installation date are confirmed, our team coordinates delivery and styling. Many installations can be completed in a day, depending on the property’s size and requirements.
The rental period and extension options are outlined in your staging agreement. If your listing needs additional time, contact us to arrange an extension.
Absolutely. Our Designer Consultation focuses on making the most of your existing furniture, with practical recommendations for layout, styling, and presentation.
