How long is the visit?

Between 60 and 90 minutes, covering every room that will be photographed for the listing.

When do I get the report?

Within 48 hours of the walkthrough, written room by room so you can work through it at your own pace.

Do you bring any furniture?

No — this package is advice only. The plan is built around what you already own, so no rental is required.

Can I do the work myself?

That is the point of it. The report is written so a homeowner can act on it without hiring anyone else.

What if I want full staging afterwards?

Hand the plan to our install team and we build the Signature Staging quote straight from it.
